Meet the Team
Experienced, caring, and committed to every child
Sarah Chen
Founder & Club Director
Sarah founded Cornerstone Kids Clubs with one simple belief: that every child deserves a safe, happy, and enriching start and end to every school day. With over 15 years in early years and primary education, she leads the team with warmth, rigour, and a genuine love for the work.
David Marsh
Operations Manager
David keeps everything running seamlessly behind the scenes. From timetabling and staffing to compliance and parent communications, his calm, organised approach means our clubs run like clockwork every single day.
Emma Richardson
Breakfast Club Lead
Emma sets the tone for the whole day. Her warm welcome, nutritious menus, and calm morning routine mean children arrive to school settled, fed, and ready to learn. She has a particular talent for helping anxious children feel at home quickly.
James Okafor
After School Club Lead
James brings endless energy and creativity to after school sessions. His activity planning is legendary — from science experiments to mini Olympics, there's always something exciting on the go. Children simply love being around him.
Marcus Webb
SEN & Wellbeing Lead
Marcus ensures our provision is genuinely inclusive for every child. With specialist training in SEND and a background in therapeutic play, he works closely with families and schools to make sure children with additional needs are fully supported and celebrated.

The values that guide everything we do
Belonging
We create a community where every child feels known, valued, and genuinely at home — whatever their background, ability, or personality.
Growth
We believe in the potential of every child and every staff member. We invest in development, celebrate progress, and never stop learning.
Safety
Safeguarding isn't a box to tick — it's the foundation of everything. Every decision we make puts children's safety and wellbeing first.
Joy
Childhood should be full of laughter, play, and discovery. We make sure every session is a place children actually want to be.
